After your purchase is completed, a client questionnaire will be sent to your email within 24 hours. This questionnaire helps gather important details about your channel, style preferences, and design vision before the design process begins.

Your project will be added to the design queue once the questionnaire has been completed and submitted.

Clients must provide any logos, images, text, or branding elements they would like included in the intro.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 5–8 business days once the questionnaire has been completed and all required information has been submitted.

Revisions

This service includes 2 free revisions. Additional revisions beyond what is included may require an additional fee of $30.
