Instructions

After your purchase is completed, a client questionnaire will be sent to your email within 24 hours. This questionnaire helps gather important details about your clothing design, garment type, and design preferences before the mockup process begins.

Your project will be added to the design queue once the questionnaire has been completed and submitted.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 5-8 business days once the questionnaire has been completed.

Revisions

This service includes 2 free revisions. Additional revisions beyond what is included may require an additional fee of $30.
